Half Japanese, Oli grew up surrounded by the traditional artwork of his grandparents, creating an early connection with Japanese imagery, composition and design.

Today, his tattooing moves between traditional Japanese influences and contemporary Japanese culture, including anime-inspired work.
The result is work that can feel traditional, modern or somewhere beautifully in between.
